  • Measures. Click any measure to add or drop it. The savings, the payback and the twenty-year value all follow your selection.
  • Buildings. Four buildings, three of them covered by the standard and each on a different clock. The grey bar is the one that owes nothing.
  • Incentives. Read live from the incentive registry, so a round that closes stops being advertised on its own.

Illustrative product demo. No client is shown, named or described here, and no figure on this page reflects any client’s measured results. Composite district, illustrative figures in realistic ranges. Regulatory deadlines, penalties and incentive rates are real and sourced.

What this district is actually looking at

Three of the four buildings are covered by Washington’s Clean Buildings Performance Standard, and they are not covered the same way. The Main School crosses into Tier 1, which carries the earlier operations milestone and by far the larger penalty. The Elementary and the Activity Center sit in Tier 2. The shop is under the coverage floor and owes nothing, which is worth knowing before anyone spends money benchmarking it.

The whole package of measures returns $46,168 a year against $386,000 of work. But $13,457 of that comes from scheduling and control changes rather than capital projects, which is the part a district can start on this month.

Where the numbers come from. Only floor area, vintage, site EUI and two utility rates are authored on this page. Every consumption figure, dollar and payback is computed from those, so the building table, the measures and the campus totals cannot disagree with each other. The deadlines, penalties and incentives are read from the regulation and from Pathline’s incentive registry, not typed in.

Tiers and deadlines follow the published size brackets; the penalty is the published maximum accrual applied to each building’s own gross floor area. Both are read from Pathline’s regulatory reference rather than restated here.
